(C/REL IROA) At meetings on detainee transfer issues o June
11 and 12, PolMilOffs informed Mohamad Zia Salehi (Situation
Room Director) in Afhanistan's Office of the National
Security Council (ONSC),and Isaq Aloko (IRoA Detainee
Commission Director) that the four Afghan detainees listed in
reftel will be scheduled for Administrative Review Board
(ARB) proceedings at Guantanamo Bay (GTMO) in approximately
30 days. Both officials acknowledged that they understood the
ARB process and would provide us with any information on the
detainees that is passed to their respective offices. Post
will relay via front channel cable any written information in
support of release.
