1. Further to reftel request, we provided the GOI WIREC delegates
with weblink for on-line registration. We also extended for the
second time an offer of assistance to facilitate their registration
for the conference if they encounter difficulty using the internet.
We also provided delegates with the contact details for the WIREC
credentials contractor.


2. Minister Purnomo has yet decided whether he will attend the
conference. The GOI has informed us that the following will
comprise their delegation:

-- Ratna Ariati, Director of Renewable Energy and Energy
Conservation

-- Kansman Hutabarat, Head of Energy and Electricity Training and
Education

-- Dr Dadan Kusdiana, Head of Rural Energy Sub Directorate

-- Suryanto Chandra, Bureau for Planning and Cooperation
