On July 17, Mansoor Khan, Director of the Americas Desk with the MFA, requested a meeting with POLOFF to compare lists of Pakistani detainees currently held by the U.S. as a follow up to the June 18 meeting concerning the recent ARB-4 (Ref B). The MFA list of Pakistani detainees included the following six names: --Hafes Qari Mohammad Saad Iqbal Madni --Saifullah Piracha --Abdul Rabbani Abd Al Rahim Abu Rahman --Mohammad Ahmad Ghulam Rabbani --Majid Khan --Ammar Al Baluchi ¶2. (C) This differs from the U.S. list, which includes: --Abu Rahman, Abdul Rababani Abd Al Rahim --Rabbani, Mohammed Ahmad Ghulam --Khan, Majid ¶3.
