(U) On July 7, Poloff delivered reftel points to Mr. Khalid
Aziz Babar, the Additional Secretary for the United Nations
and Economic Coordination at the MFA, concerning the
recognition of Kosovo. The Government of Pakistan has
remained quiet on this issue, Post will notify all relevant
parties if the MFA responds to the demarche.
