for Foreign Affairs' OECD Unit on March 18. Senior Counselor
Vesa Holtta forwarded the points to the relevant working
units within the Ministry and commented that Finland will
"keep following the line expressed by Secretary General Paye
in his 1995 letter and does not see, for the time being,
reason for other measures."
