Please see para 3. ¶2. (SBU) On June 10, poloff discussed reftel points about the latest IAEA report on Iran's nuclear program with MFA International Organizations Department Peace, Security and Disarmament Section Chief Do Hung Viet. Viet mentioned that he had reviewed the report, but had no further comment. He added that he would report U.S. views to the MFA leadership for its consideration. ¶3. (SBU) Viet noted that he has seen conflicting media reports about the contents of the new P5+1 proposal to Iran. He asked if we could share details of the proposal with the GVN.
