¶1. Econoff asked for Government of Vietnam (GVN) support, and
delivered reftel talking points along with complete versions of the
AVSECP/19 working papers, to Mr. To Tu Hung, Deputy Director of
Aviation Security of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam
(CAAV).
¶2. Mr. Hung said he would get back to us after CAAV's Director of
Aviation Security reviewed the information. Post will report
further developments and contacts as they occur.
