Excellency, as well as my personal congratulations and that
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on the occasion of the
celebration of the independence of the United States of
America on July 4. I extend my best wishes for the good
fortune and prosperity of your noble people and hope that the
good relations between our two countries continue to
strengthen.
