On May 19, Poloff delivered Reftel demarche and a copy of the
U.S. report on the range of measures it is taking to
implement the provisions in UNSCR 1803 to Leila Villatoro,
Deputy Director of Multilateral Policy at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Villatoro informed Poloff that the GOG had
submitted the 1803 report. She also provided Poloff with a
copy of the GOG report in Spanish, which post forwarded
electronically to ISN/RA Richard Nephew and Risa Mogiello.
