On August 20, Poloff delivered reftel demarche and non-paper
to Anabella Woolfolk, Deputy Director of Multilateral and
Economic International Relations at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Woolfolk thanked Poloff for the talking points and
non-paper. She reiterated Guatemala's support for
non-proliferation efforts. She promised to pass the
non-paper on to the MFA's technical team that handles these
issues and will forward any specific comments or questions
the team may have.
