Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Luis Carranza, Director
for Multilateral Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(MFA). Carranza said that the MFA has not yet had an
opportunity to closely review the Draft Declaration of
Commitment for the 2009 Summit of the Americas. Embassy will
report septel the MFA's initial impressions and priority
issues after its review of the draft document.
