(U) SUMMARY: Embassy N'Djamena has suspended all visa operations until further notice, with the exception of American Citizen Services. Post requests assistance from Embassies in flight route proximity from N'Djamena for Chadian national visa processing, including Paris, Yaounde, Libreville, and Addis Ababa. END SUMMARY. ¶2. (U) On February 13, 2008 Embassy N'Djamena returned from a temporary site to resume operations at the Chancellery located on Avenue Felix Ebou. The switchboard is now operational 24/7, and Embassy staff can be reached at (235) 251-7009. ¶3. (U) Until further notice, all visa services have been suspended, with the exception of American Citizen Services. Embassy N'Djamena is requesting assistance from other Embassies located in flight routes from N'Djamena for Chadian nationals requiring visa services. This includes but is not limited to the Embassies in Paris, Yaounde, Libreville, and Addis Ababa. ¶4. Operating hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., GMT+1. NIGRO
