1. On June 24, Post delivered reftel demarche regarding the
addition of eight Rajah Solaiman Movement names to the list
of individuals/entities associated with the Taliban or al
Qaida, via dipnote to the Americas Department of the Tajik
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Post will submit any
substantive response separately and appreciates the available
Russian-translations on the EEB website, which greatly
facilitated and expedited the processing of this demarche.
