2. The following candidate has been selected for
participation in the South Asia Pacific Regional Approaches to
Combatting Terrorism Course to be held in
in August 2008. Post vetting was completed on June 24, 2008.
Post requests that vetting be completed by July 8, 2008, to provide
sufficient time for
processing. Post requests the department conduct Leahy
vetting for the following candidate:

5. COMMENT: Embassy has no information to indicate this
individual or any unit he has served in has been involved in gross
violations of human rights.
