(U) Begin text: A message to Senator Barack H Obama President-elect of the United States of America Senator, Congratulations on your election as the 44th President-elect of the United States of America. On behalf of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and on my own personal behalf, I extend to your our heartfelt felicitations. Your historic victory is a reflection not only of your own personal charm and charisma but also your energetic drive, determination and all-embracing multi-dimensional approach. Your clarion call of "change" has reverberated around the globe bringing new hope, new ideas and a bold new vision for America as well as the rest of the world.
