2. The following candidates have been selected for participation in
the Capacity Building of Law Enforcing Agencies on Preventing HIV
Transmission among Injecting Drug Users Course in Dhaka, Bangladesh,
which will begin on December 21, 2008. Post vetting was completed
on October 20, 2008. Post requests that vetting be completed by
December 4, 2008 to provide sufficient time for processing. Post
