1. This is an action request. See para three.
2. The following candidate has been selected for participation in
the 4th Annual Sovereign Challenge Conference in Tampa, Florida,
which will begin on 17 - 20 November 2008. Post vetting was
completed on 14 Oct 2008. Post requests that vetting be completed
by 24 Oct 2008 to provide sufficient time for processing. Post
requests the department conduct Leahy vetting for the following
candidate:
