While Hemela was not able to confirm whether the Governene}or the proposal at this time, she did request that the Ministry be kept informed about the declaration. ¶2. PolOff stressed that since civil society and a number of TanzaF%xQL=Q:yout on human rights issues, co-sponsoring the declaration would be a timely and appropriate step for the Government of Tanzania.
