Dr. Moussa Okanla, Benin's Minister of Foreign Affairs, and President Boni Yayi will both attend the AU Summit meeting in Addis Ababa. Dr. Okanla will arrive in Addis Abba on or about January 26, 2008 and remain until the summit concludes. President Yayi will arrive on or about January 30 and remain until February 2. ¶2. Post has not received a request for a bilateral meeting with A/S Frazer. Details of the GOB's delegation's hotel arrangements have not been finalized.
