¶1. On June 13, 2008, the Embassy delivered the AGOA forum
invitation (Reftel) to the following members of the GOB:
- Mr. Pascal I. Koupaki, Minister of State, for Economic
Forecasting, Development and the Evaluation Public Action;
- Mr. Moussa Okanla, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African
Integration, Francophonie, and the Beninese Diaspora; and
