We delivered reftel talking points to Gheorghe
Leuca, the head of the UN and Specialized Agencies
Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
European Integration. Mr. Leuca said that he was
referring the request to the Moldovan delegation,
which he hoped would be able to attend the
Community of Democracies meeting on September 26.
He notified us earlier that Foreign Minister
Andrei Stratan would not arrive at the UNGA until
September 28.
