We delivered reftel talking points to Gheorghe
Leuca, the head of the UN and Specialized Agencies
Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
European Integration. Mr. Leuca said that Moldova
generally supports the USG on human rights issues
and would continue the pattern in this year's
UNGA. He also noted that no mention of Belarus
was made in the list of possible country-specific
resolutions, in contrast to last year.
