We delivered reftel contents to Gheorghe Leuca, the head of the UN
and Specialized Agencies Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and European Integration. Mr. Leuca confirmed receipt of the
information and stated that he informed its UN mission of the
contents. Mr. Leuca and Ministry of Foreign Affairs representative
Diana Durlestean both stated that Foreign Minister Andrei Stratan
would attend the meeting but that a specific date has yet to be
established.
