We delivered reftel to Gheorghe Leuca, the head of the UN and
Specialized Agencies Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
European Integration. Mr. Leuca confirmed receipt of the
information and delivered the information to the Moldovan mission to
the UN for review. The Moldovan mission has not yet confirmed its
presence at the event.
