We delivered reftel talking points to Gheorghe Leuca, the head of
the UN and Specialized Agencies Division at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and European Integration. Mr. Leuca said that he would pass
reftel instructions to the responsible agency in the Government of
Moldova. He was not able to predict when the compliance report
would be completed.
