We delivered reftel talking points to Gheorghe Leuca, the head of
the UN and Specialized Agencies Division at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and European Integration. Mr. Leuca said that he would pass
the information to appropriate authorities, and promised that
Moldova would freeze any assets discovered and report such action to
us.
