(SBU) Mission personnel visited Park Controls & Communications (http://www.parkcontrols.com/index.htm) on December 17, and were granted full access to the site. Only one of the boxes containing the RCB-2000 Digital Receiver Systems had been unpacked at the time of our visit -- the company had received the shipment only a week or so prior to our visit. The unpacked device (Serial Number 489964) was installed on a rack. We have sent digital photographs of the installed unit and the boxes containing the other units to PM/DTCC (Kyle Ballard). ¶2. (SBU) Park's Director, PJB Noble, told us that all of the equipment will remain permanently at the company's facility in Bangalore and utilized only by the company's employees. He also said that his company would use the equipment for research and development purposes related to manned aircraft flights, noting that this equipment will replace older, outdated devices currently in use.
