(C/NF) Action Requested: In preparation for delivering
STATE 97592 demarche, Embassy Canberra requests Department
response to questions in Ref. B on how the multidonor fund
will be managed, as well as how it will be coordinated with
the Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan (CSTCA).
The GOA had requested answers to these specific questions
before it could decide on its participation in such a fund.
