(SBU) Colin Barr of the Emergency Response Division at the
Australian Maritime Safety Authority told econoff September
10 that the GOA "was sympathetic" to further amendment of the
IMSO Convention. However, the GOA does not plan to send
anybody to the IMSO Assembly in Valletta.
