(U) We delivered reftel notification of our Proliferation
Security Initiative (PSI) outreach efforts in Asia and shared
the associated non-paper with Gerry McGuire, Director for
Counter-Proliferation, Department of Foreign Affairs and
Trade, on March 20. He expressed thanks and noted the
Australian Embassy in Washington would welcome further
consultations on possible further joint outreach.
