(SBU) Ref talking points were delivered to Attila Zimonyi,
Head of the Department of International Organizations and
Human Rights at the GoH Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on July
¶25. On July 29, Zimonyi told PolOff that Hungary has only
observer status with the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM),had not
received any invitation to the NAM Ministerial from July
27-30, and had no plans to send representatives.
