Cooperation Denes Tomaj told PolOff on December 16 that
Hungary would not be able to provide additional donations to
the Special Tribunal for Lebanon over and above the USD
10,000 already committed (ref B). Tomaj cited Hungary's
current budgetary restrictions related to the recent IMF,
World Bank, and EU sustainability package as a key reason for
the decision.
