(SBU) EconOff delivered ref A demarche points on December 5 to Anca
Jurcan, Deputy Director at the Arms Control Division of the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs (MFA),as follow-up to the November 3 demarche to
MFA on this issue (ref B). Jurcan confirmed that the Government of
Romania does not object to the U.S.-proposed ad referendum text for
the Nuclear Suppliers Group policy on the transfer of enrichment and
reprocessing technology.
