reftel to MFA UNSC contact Cristophe DeBassompierre for the
GOB's consideration. We asked DeBassompierre to consider the
points and passed to his colleagues in New York.
DeBassompierre noted that the Belgian MFA would be closed
from the afternoon of December 24 through January 5, 2009,
and would not be able to receive a corrected copy.
