BRUSSELS DELEGATION TO VIENNA FORUM

(U) Belgian Interior Minister Patrick Dewael is the probable
head of Belgium's delegation to the Vienna Forum. If he is
unable to attend, a senior magistrate with experience in
trafficking issues will serve as head of delegation. The MFA
expects Belgium to send a fourteen person delegation to the
conference, including representatives from the Police, the
Justice Ministry, social service agencies, and the regions.
The MFA does not believe anything concrete will come from the
meeting, but is hopeful about the possibility of useful
exchanges with delegations from other countries, including
the U.S. Fox
