On behalf of the people and the Government of the Commonwealth of
Dominica and on my own behalf, I extend sincere good wishes and
congratulations to Your Excellency and to the Government and people
of the United States of AMERICA on the occasion of the celebration
of the Anniversary of your Independence Day on 4th July 2008.
This is a time to celebrate the lasting friendship between our
countries. Dominica looks forward to our continued cooperation
through the sharing of ideas, and the strengthening of our
commitments to the United Nations and other international fora.
Please accept my best wishes for Your Excellency's good health and
for the prosperity of the people of the United States of America.
