PolOff delivered reftel demarche to Tomas Hrbac, Acting
Director of the Slovak MFA's UN Department, on December 15.
Hrbac said that while he found the U.S. proposal reasonable,
he could not commit to supporting it at this time. He
pledged that he would relay the points to the Slovak Mission
to the UN, so that the Slovaks would have it while discussing
the common EU position.
