Post delivered reftel points on October 28 to Patricia
Cortes, Coordinator for U.S. and Canadian Affairs at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and to Mario Aranguren, Director
of the Financial Information Analysis Unit (UIAF). Post
urged the GOC to freeze the assets of these entities and
individuals. The GOC acknowledged receipt of the non-paper
and agreed to look into all of the individuals and entities
listed.
