CONFERENCE NOVEMBER 13-14, 2008

1. (U) The purpose of this message is to announce that INL/A and
NAS Colombia will be co-hosting an in-progress review conference for
the Plan Colombia Helicopter Program (PCHP) also known as the
Colombian Army (COLAR) Aviation Program. The conference will be
held at the Hilton Melbourne beach oceanfront hotel in Indialantic,
Florida from November 13 to 14, 2008. We request appropriate levels
of representation from all agencies/organizations that actively
participate in or provide program oversight.
2. (U) This in progress review and will encompass a full program
performance review and forward coordination planning for the
projected program end state. All stakeholders are encouraged to
present their program participation and future plans.
3. (U) Administrative details and instructions for submitting
presentations and planning documents in advance of the conference
will follow via SEPTEL.
4. (U) POCs for this event for INL/A are Todd Brattmiller at PAFB,
