¶1. On April 22, DCM Nichols delivered all points in reftel
to Foreign Minister Fernando Araujo, who said that the
decision remains under review. Separately, Post delivered
the demarche to MFA Director for U.S. and Canadian Affairs
Patricia Cortes. We will continue to follow up with the GOC
on this issue.
