1. (C) Poloff reiterated message in reftel A on November 24
to Jean-Daniel Praz, Deputy Head of the Arms Control and
Disarmament Section at the Federal Department of Foreign
Affairs (EDA). Praz responded that the GOS has not been
invited to attend the November 30 conference in Iran. He
added that, if invited, the GOS would not attend the
conference, agreeing that such attendance would be
inappropriate.
