(U) Poloff delivered the message in reftel on October 29 to Alessandro Capelli, Deputy Counterterrorism Coordinator, Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, and to Rene Bruelhart, Director Financial Intelligence Unit, National Administration of the Principality of Liechtenstein. ¶2. (SBU) On November 3, Bruelhart informed econoff that Liechtenstein did not have any information on these financiers. Also on November 3, Capelli confirmed to econoff that Switzerland will take the necessary actions per UN requirements.
