1. (U) Poloff delivered the message in reftel on October 29
to Alessandro Capelli, Deputy Counterterrorism Coordinator,
Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, and to Rene
Bruelhart, Director Financial Intelligence Unit, National
Administration of the Principality of Liechtenstein.


2. (SBU) On November 3, Bruelhart informed econoff that
Liechtenstein did not have any information on these entities.
Post will inform the Department of any feedback and/or
action taken by either the Swiss Government or the Government
of the Principality of Liechtenstein.
