Poloff delivered the message in reftel on October 8 to
Andreas Friedrich, Head of the Arms Control and Disarmament
Section of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and Swiss
POC for Global Initiative issues. Friedrich subsequently
confirmed that he conveyed the message to appropriate Swiss
experts; he has not yet determined whether Swiss experts will
participate in the November EPG in Washington. Post will
follow up with Friedrich in due course regarding possible
Swiss participation.
