1. (U) Post delivered copies of reftel nonpaper to relevant
offices at the MFA and the Ministry of Economics on March 4.
2. (C) MFA Arms Control Directorate Desk Officer Christoph
Wolfrum told Poloff that he expected additional EU
designations, which had been held up by EU Member States
pending the UNSCR adoption, would now move forward. He
expects the additional designations to be adopted after the
March 10-11 GAERC, but before Easter (March 23).
3. (U) Post will report any further substantive responses
via septel.
