Per reftel instructions, we spoke with Kristina Milosavljevic, OSCE and COE Department Director in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, about the Council of Europe Cybercrime Convention, which Serbia has signed but not ratified. Milosavljevic noted that the new Serbian government had a long list of backlogged legislation, and Parliament had met for only a few days since the government formed. She said the Cybercrime Convention would be a priority, and she expected the Parliament would ratify it quickly once it was introduced. ¶2. Milosavjlevic added that Serbia had been particularly active on cybercrime issues. For example, the Interior Ministry would be organizing a cybercrime seminar co-sponsored by the OSCE to take place later in the fall. ¶3. Serbia has ratified the UN Convention against Corruption and the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and all of its protocols. MUNTER
