Per reftel, on August 8 the Embassy delivered the Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) demarche to Olgica Jovanovic, First
Secretary in the Directorate for Human Rights and Environmental
Protection of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ms. Jovanovic will
recommend that her government support Dr. Christopher Field's
candidacy to be co-chair of the Working Group II of the IPCC.
