1. Per Ref A instructions, Poloff on July 25 delivered the demarche
on the upcoming OSCE Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (HDIM)
to Marina Ivanovic of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Directorate
for Human Rights.
2. Poloff provided Ivanovic with a modified copy of the points
concerning Serbia, reflecting the recent arrest of Radovan Karadzic
(Ref B).
3. Ivanovic thanked Poloff for the information and said that the
Ministry will have more information on the composition of its
delegation once the HDIM agenda is finalized.
