BALKANS INITIAL PLANNING CONFERENCE (IPC) FOR 2008 EXERCISE; SOUTH
EASTERN EUROPE SIMULATION NETWORK 08 (SEESIM) MAIN-PLANNING
1. The following candidates from Serbia are presented as
nominees for CMEP Balkans IPC for 2008 Exercise scheduled from
1-3 April 2008 at Skopje, Macedonia; for SEESIM 08 MPC scheduled
from 7-12 April 2008 in Sofia, Bulgaria; for MEDCEUR 08 Exercise
FPC scheduled from 10-15 March 2008 in Split, Croatia; and for
GCMC Resident Course - Senior Executive Seminar (SES) 08-3
scheduled from 16-23 April 2008 at Garmisch, Germany. Consistent
with Department Policy as it relates to the Leahy
Amendment/Human Rights Vetting, these individuals have been
cleared by all relevant sections at post.
2. If Department has "hits" on these persons nominated for this
course, please notify the DAO/ODC (LTC Aleks Milutinovic, Chief,
Office of Defense Cooperation Belgrade Serbia) on the
unclassified, state email system, alerting us to the incoming
