1. (SBU) Marija Antonijevic, Director for the MFA's United Nations
Directorate, told us on December 12 that Serbia would review and
consider all proposals put forward for the Harmonization of
Conditions of Service (reftel). Antonijevic said Serbia would take
into consideration the position of the United States.
